A bit about me

 

My name is Mathews  and ….

 

I’m a mixing engineer and producer currently based in Calgary, Canada, but also a guitarist and composer working with producers and bands from all over the world, from Canada, United States, Central and South America and many other places. My mixes have been heard on Jack's Radio , G12radio(Colombia),HCJB radio (Ecuador) radio, Virgin Radio  Sirius XM, as well as many other stations throughout Canada,United States and few other countries. I love working in many genre’s and am comfortable mixing  pop, rock, folk, hip hop, R n B,worship,urban and anything in between or further outside of the box.

I also have experience with many local Calgary bands, recording and producing singles and albums at several studios in the city.

I started out of my passion for music doing live sound in Colombia around 2005 then i took my professional career in a different direction in 2012 at The Beach Studios in Calgary where i also got the diploma (@APRA) as a Recording/mixing engineer, also i have some experience as an instructor and tutor at the academy of production and recording arts .
